Today's show begins where yesterday's left off - with Henry and Rosanna telling Mike and Carly about the fingerprints.  Only there's a problem Rosanna doesn't know about.  Carly is incensed that not only does Rosanna not obey her wishes to get out, but she calls "this weasel" into her house.  "Miss Cabot, as much as I'd like to defend myself against your sister's wild accusation, I would like to take the high road.  We need to talk, in private, before this goes any further," says Henry.  Rosanna tells him that she wants Mike and Carly to be the first to hear about the evidence.  Mike tells her whatever it is they won't take it seriously, so she should just leave before she embarrasses herself.  Rosanna says that Carly should be the one who's embarrassed, and Mike, since he slept with her again and will hurt people again.  "Miss Cabot, Miss Cabot," continues Henry, trying to pull her away.  "What?" she asks, annoyed, "Did you get an I.D. on the fingerprints?"  Henry hesitates and Rosanna tells him to spit it out.  He breaks the news the fingerprints on the pen don't match the fingerprints on the champagne glass.  Rosanna asks whose prints are on the glass, and Henry says they belong to Craig Montgomery.

Shocked, Rosanna asks Henry what he means that Craig's prints are on the glass.  "I don't make this stuff up, I just read the reports," says Henry.  Carly accuses Rosanna of trying to make up proof that she slept with Craig.  She insists she didn't sleep with anyone that night, she was alone, so who cares whose prints are on the glass?  Mike asks Rosanna what happened to her, she's now searching through garbage and tricking him to get a fingerprint match.  Rosanna ignores him and asks Henry how he knows the prints are Craig's.  "I was able to access his prints through various files.  The man's been arrested more times than a Milltown hooker!" says Henry.  Realizing Carly is now a Milltown resident, he apologizes, "Oops, no offense."  Carly again tells Rosanna that she didn't sleep with Craig.  Rosanna says she's not stupid, she knows that Craig was out of town that night looking for his daughter.  "But his prints..." begins Henry.  "Are all over that office!" finishes Carly.  Rosanna tells Henry to wait outside and pushes him out the door.  He tells her they need to talk about his bill as she slams the door in his face.  Rosanna tells Mike and Carly that she doesn't need proof that they slept together, she knows it.  She was young and naive the first time but now she's older and wiser.  "When you two guys get together, lives are ruined, children suffer, love rots and dies," says Rosanna bitterly, and she's not going to let it happen again.

Rosanna and Henry are debriefing at the Lakeview Lounge.  Rosanna tells Henry he acted like an idiot tonight.  Henry protests that it's not his fault the fingerprints belong to Craig.  Rosanna says he also made her look like an idiot in front of her sister.  "My heart breaks for you, I'll knock ten percent off your bill.  It was good doing business with you, Miss Cabot," says Henry as he gets up to leave.  "Where do you think you're going?" asks Rosanna angrily.  "I'm going to type up your invoice," answers Henry.

Rosanna stops Henry from leaving and reminds him of the security guard that chased him out of Monte Carlo.  "She should be able to identify who Carly was with that night.  I want her found."  "I want a cool million and a rose-colored Bentley.  Them's the breaks," says Henry unsympathetically as he brushes past her.  "Don't you dare walk out on me!" says Rosanna, grabbing his arm.  Henry again tells her that it's been nice doing business with her, but it is now concluded because his partners don't want him to work with her anymore.  "Are you a man?" asks Rosanna cruelly.  [Yes he is, that's why he's standing up to you, Rosanna!]  Henry smirks and says he values his freedom, and if he doesn't toe the line here he could end up in jail.  "A great loss to society," says Rosanna sarcastically.  "It may be nothing to you, but I have three gorgeous blonds and a slew of bartenders depending on me.  Good luck with the snooping, ta ta!" says Henry and walks out.  Rosanna stares after him in disbelief.

Transcripts from ATWTweekly

[ Jack & Carly's House ]
>> Carly: I told you, Rosanna, to take your insane accusations someplace else! Instead you bring in this weasel for backup?
>> Henry: Um -- Ms. Cabot? As much as I would love to defend myself against your sister's wild accusations, I would like to take the high road. I think we need to talk here in private before this goes any further.
>> Rosanna: On the contrary, Henry, I want Carly and Mike to be the first to hear the evidence against them.
>> Mike: Whatever evidence you think you've might have drummed up, we're not gonna take it seriously, so you might as well leave before you really end up embarrassing yourself, Rosanna.
>> Rosanna: Carly is the one who should be embarrassed, Mike, and so should you. You slept with her again. Which is gonna hurt a lot of innocent people again, and I'm not gonna let you get away with it!
>> Henry: Ms. Cabot, please -- just a moment. Can we just talk in private?
>> Rosanna: What? Did you get the ID on the fingerprint or didn't you? Didn't you?
>> Henry: Yeah --
>> Rosanna: So spit it out.
>> Henry: The fingerprint from the pen that you gave me for comparison does not exactly match the print we got from the glass at Monte Carlo.
>> Rosanna: So, whose print is on the glass?
>> Henry: Craig Montgomery's.

[ Jack & Carly's House ]
>> Rosanna: What do you mean, the print on the glass is Craig's?
>> Henry: I don't make this stuff up, I just read the reports.
>> Carly: You're trying to invent proof that I slept with Craig? I didn't sleep with anybody that night, Rosanna. I was alone. Who cares whose prints were on which glass!
>> Mike: What's happened to you, Rosanna?
>> Rosanna: Nothing has happened to me, Mike, except that I've gotten wise to my sister.
>> Mike: You're snooping through the garbage. Are you proud of that? You got this guy combing through the trash so you can find my fingerprints. And that little stunt in the hospital when you dropped the pen? That was to get another finger print for comparison?
>> Rosanna: How do you know the print on the glass is Craig's?
>> Henry: I was able to access his prints through various files. The man's been arrested more times than a Milltown hooker. Oops -- no offense.
>> Carly: Are you listening to me, Rosanna? I was not with Craig!
>> Rosanna: I'm not that stupid, Carly, I know that you weren't with Craig. He was out of town that night looking for his daughter.
>> Henry: But his prints --
>> Carly: Were all over that office. They're probably on everything in there.
>> Rosanna: Henry, I want you to wait outside.
>> Henry: Okay, we need to settle the terms of our --
>> Rosanna: [ Rosanna tosses Henry out ] Out! Out! Get out. Out!
>> Carly: You have completely gone off the deep end, you know that don't you?
>> Rosanna: I don't think so. I think I'm seeing things much more clearly than I have in a long time.
>> Mike: But your evidence didn't pan out, though, did it?
>> Rosanna: Well, I don't need a fingerprint to know what is going on with the two of you. You slept with her the night before her wedding. Period. I know it. And you know how I know it? Because I can feel it. I was young the first time that you two betrayed me. Too young to know what was really going on. But I'm older now, and wise enough to see what it all means. The little looks, the so-called "friendship," the gentle touches.
>> Carly: You don't know what you're talking about.
>> Rosanna: I am not gonna deny what I see with my own eyes. When you two guys are together, lives get ruined. Children suffer. Friendships wither. Love rots and dies. And it's not fair. And it's not right. I am not gonna let it happen again. [ Rosanna leaves ]
>> Carly: She's crazy.
>> Mike: Maybe. Maybe not.

[ Lakeview Lounge ]
>> Rosanna: You acted like an idiot tonight.
>> Henry: It's not my fault the fingerprints turned out to be Craig's.
>> Rosanna: You made me look like an idiot in front of my sister.
>> Henry: Oh, well, you know what? My heart breaks for you. And I will knock off 10% from your bill. Good doing business with you, Ms. Cabot.
>> Rosanna: Where do you think you're going?
>> Henry: I'm gonna go type up your invoice?
>> Rosanna: Not so fast. There's the matter of a rather large security guard that chased you out of the Monte Carlo offices that night. I'm sure she will be able to I.D. the man that Carly was with. I want her found.
>> Henry: I want a cool million and a rose-colored Bentley. Dem's da breaks, okay?
>> Rosanna: Don't you dare walk out on me!
>> Henry: Ms. Cabot -- Ms. Cabot, it has been nice doing business with you. But it is now concluded. Okay? As I told you, my partners are not keen on pursuing this any longer.
>> Rosanna: Are you a man?
>> Henry: Look -- look, Ms. Cabot, I value my freedom, okay? And if I don't toe the line here, I could end up in jail.
>> Rosanna: A great loss to society, I'm sure.
>> Henry: Okay, maybe it means nothing to you. But you know what? I've got three gorgeous blonds and a slew of bartenders that are depending on me, okay? So good luck snooping. Ta-ta.
