Katie and Simon walk into the Lakeview Lounge complaining about Henry.  Simon is resigned to the fact that now that he's a partner, he'll have to learn to live with him.  Katie reminds him that no one has ever succeeded in that.  The waiter asks them if they would like something to drink, it's on the house.  Apparently some big shot is buying a round for everyone in the lounge.  They look over towards the bar and see Henry, dressed in a nice suit, holding a martini, and smoking a cigar.

Katie and Simon walk up to Henry.  Simon says, "Nice threads, Henry.  Very ... what do you reckon ... Fall 2001."  "Like it kid?  I'll buy you one," responds Henry.  Simon turns him down, saying he'll give his stylist another chance.  Katie tells Henry he's very generous to buy drinks for everyone, and asks him what's going on.  "How you doin'," says  Henry with a nod.  "I find philanthropy very rewarding.  I wouldn't want to make a habit out of it, but for one day it's not too bad."  Simon asks Henry where he got the cash, and Henry tells them he got it from their first client.  Katie asks when that happened.  Henry explains that while they were criticizing his idea for a name and logo for their company, he was busy getting a new client.  One who pays well and in cash!  Simon asks Henry what he had to do to get that money, "Maybe I don't want to know."  "It's already done," answers Henry.  "Case is closed, bar is open!"  "Hold on," says Katie worriedly.  She asks him if the new client is the woman he met at the bar last night.  "Very astute, Katie," answers Henry.  "Your powers of observation are matched only by your unrelieved perkiness."  "And your talent for attracting trouble is just as annoying as it always was," counters Katie.  She tells him that his new client is Rosanna Cabot.  Henry impatiently says he already knows that, she's one of the wealthiest women in the Midwest so of course he recognized her.  Katie points out that she's also her brother's girlfriend.  "I don't want to date her, Katie," says Henry.  "I just want to tap that vein and draw off some of that money."

Katie demands to know if the job Henry did for Rosanna had anything to do with her brother, her niece, or Carly Tenney, and Simon adds that then need the specifics, the details, "the little parts you always leave out."  "It sounds suspiciously like you two don't trust me," says Henry.  They both agree.  "I thought this was a partnership, not one for two and two against one," protests Henry.  Simon asks again what the job involved.  Henry makes up a story about finding out some info on a stock Rosanna was considering investing in.  Simon asks the name of this stock.  "Wiggington Electric and Water.  And Gas," answers Henry.  Katie and Simon are not buying the story.  Henry assures Katie that the job had nothing to do with her family, and that's all that matters.  "How do you know that?" asks Katie.  She points out that Rosanna could be setting him up, first she asks him to do a job about a stock, and then about Craig.  Simon tells Henry that they can't do business with her anymore.  "You guys, she's a gazillionaire, she's got gazillionaire friends.  If we get in with her, we can retire in six weeks!" whines Henry.  Katie insists that they can be successful without Rosanna and lays down the law, "From now on Rosanna Cabot is off limits."  Henry frowns at her.

Katie reminds Henry that the first rule of their business is not to get involved with family.  If he can't abide by that they'll have to ship him back to Lucinda.  "She's not family, she's a girlfriend," protests Henry.  "And from what I understand about Craig, she'll be a stranger by next week."  "Be that as it may, that's the deal, take it or leave it," offers Katie.  "Fine," agrees Henry.  "There are plenty of rich people, your brother can't know all of them."  But he says that there's one thing they can do for him.  He asks them to sign off on his idea for a name and logo for their company.  Simon and Katie reluctantly agree.  Satisfied, Henry then wonders if people will chip in for the drinks he bought.  Simon tells him that shots aren't refundable.  Henry asks if the company might chip in, but Simon vetoes that idea too.  "I'll just have to return the silk underwear," sighs Henry as he leaves the lounge.  Katie tells Simon that they need to warn Craig that Rosanna may be investigating him.

Katie and Simon find Rosanna with Craig in his suite.  They confront her about paying Henry to do some investigating for her.  She claims she just had him do a favor for her that had nothing to do with Craig or his family.  But Craig believes she had Henry spy on him and Carly, and is flattered.

Today’s episode was directed by Maria Wagner and written by Craig Heller.

>> Henry: Wiggington Electric and Water and Gas.
>> Simon: Yeah, right.
>> Katie: We're not buying it.
>> Simon: We're not buying that at all.
>> Henry: Okay, good. The point is, Katie, it has nothing to do with your family. And that's all that's important to you, right?
>> Katie: How do you know that? She could be setting you up. This time it's about stocks, the next time it's about Craig.
>> Simon: Which means we don't do business with her.
>> Henry: Guys, she's a gazillionaire. She has gazillionaire friends. I mean, if we get in with her, we can be retired in six weeks.
