Monday, September 27, 2004 Henry and Mike are at Chris and Alison's wedding with Nikki and Jen. After Chris stops the wedding, the guests leave. The foursome head to Metro to continue their double date. Jennifer says she likes to dance and asks Mike if he does. He thinks of Katie, and says no. "Aw. I, however, am known far and wide for my ability to trip the light fantastic. Would you care to try me on?" Henry asks Nikki. "Maybe we should find a table first," hedges Nikki. Mike points out an empty table and they head over. Henry offers to get the drinks, and Mike tells him, "Nothing with olives, Henry." Henry walks up to the bar and orders two bottles of their finest champagne, and discovers he doesn't have his wallet. "They're open. So unless you want to wash dishes..." says the bartender. "No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I remember, I left it in the houndstooth. I'll pop home, I'll get it. I'll be right back," says Henry. The bartender doesn't buy it. "No, no, no, no. Wait, no, no, it's an honest mistake. I'll be right back. Um -- you see that gorgeous brunette over there? She's my collateral," says Henry. "Nikki Munson is your date?" asks the bartender. "Yeah. Eat your heart out. So you can understand why maybe I don't her to find out about this. Just give me a sec. I'll go home, I'll get the money, and I'll come back and pay the bill. Please?" begs Henry. "If you don't come back, I'm having your date put an APB on you, man," says the bartender. Henry agrees and leaves to get his wallet. While he's gone, Jennifer runs into Jordan and asks Mike to dance with her to get away from him. Jordan tries to make nice with Nikki by buying her a drink. Henry comes back and pays the bartender. He goes over to the table and apologizes for being gone, "I just had to go check the pressure in my tires." "You were gone?" jokes Nikki. "Yeah, yeah. You didn't notice?" asks Henry, disappointed. "Yes, we noticed. We missed you, Henry," she says. "Oh, okay. Good, thanks," says Henry, relieved. Nikki says they're ready for the next round, and Henry goes back to the bar to get it. Today’s episode was directed by Michael Eilbaum and written by Judy Tate.
