Alison is at the cottage helping Katie pack when Henry comes home.  He is less than happy to see her there.  He tells her she should be out tracking down antique jewels or barabonds, he likes his roommates wealthy.  Alison tells Katie she's going home to get some things, and waves at Henry as she leaves.  He mockingly waves back to her.  Once they're alone, Katie tells Henry she's planning to leave Mike in Oakdale and go to Australia by herself.

"Listen to me, sweetheart, you are not tracking down Simon alone, OK?  I forbid it," says Henry.  "Henry, Simon is on the run.  He's sleeping God knows where, living off God knows what, just to protect me.  I have to find him," explains Katie.  "And protect you from whom?" asks Henry.  "From some very bad guys, who could be gunning for you already."  Katie doesn't answer, she just continues packing.  "That is why, despite personal risk, I am going Simon-hunting with you," offers Henry nobly.  Katie starts to snicker.  Henry asks her why she's laughing.  "You, help me?  Henry, I'm always the one saving your butt.  I appreciate the offer, I really do.  But you need to stay in the states, otherwise I'll end up helping you," says Katie.  "I re ... I resent ... I resemble that remark, actually," admits Henry, laughing [although I can remember plenty of times when Henry saved Katie's butt!].  "Fine.  Do me a favor, go ahead and take Mike.  He may be lovesick, but maybe that will make him more protective of you," says Henry.  "Listen to me - Mike is staying in Oakdale.  I am going to find my husband, and when I do he'll take care of me.  So you don't have to worry, OK?" explains Katie.  She kisses him on the cheek and tells him he's very sweet.  "Now you go, run off and do something useful with your time.  I need some time alone," says Katie, pushing him towards the door.  "No, what you need is a keeper," says Henry as he leaves.  He pauses outside the door and puts his hand to his cheek where Katie kissed him, closing his eyes.  After a moment he opens them and says, "And I know just where to find him."

Mike is approaching the door to the cottage when he hears "Psssst!  Over here!"  Henry pops out of the bushes and Mike asks him why he's hiding.  "Greetings!  I'm here saving Katie.  She's in there cooking up some scheme to lose you by tomorrow.  Now, if she goes off by herself, her chances of survival drop to minus zero.  So I need you to go in there and stop her," says Henry.  "OK, I intend to," says Mike, turning toward the door.  Henry stops him from leaving and says, "Speaking of intentions, yours better be honorable, buddy boy.  She's going over there to find her husband, who happens to be a friend of mine.  So keep your hands to yourself, and if you try to set him up, I swear I ... will ... hire someone to clean your clock.  Whatever that means," threatens Henry.  Mike doesn't look too scared.

Soon after Mike goes inside Jack arrives and asks Mike to be Sage's godfather at the Christening tomorrow.  Katie tells him he should do it and she'll go to Australia alone.  Mike convinces her to postpone the trip until the afternoon, so she can come to the Christening with him and he can go on the trip as planned.  But what Mike doesn't know is that Katie is planning to ditch him at the church and go after Simon alone.
