Mike and Jennifer are getting married, and Henry is attempted to whisk Katie off to Hawaii to get her away from it.  Unfortunately it's not that easy.

Henry and Katie are in the car and Henry is babbling on about their trip.  "This is gonna be the Hawaiian vacation of a lifetime. We'll have our own private lagoon with little dolphins frolicking, maid service twice a day, our private lanai, a spa with..."  Katie is not paying attention, she's remembering feeding Mike wedding cake.  "See, I've always wanted to take up golf, haven't you?" continues Henry.  Seeing she's not listening, he adds, "And I hear the sharks will literally come up and eat right out of your hands. Or they'll eat your hand, or foot, or part of your nether region, or something like that. But, you know, that'll make it a lot more memorable, don't you think?"  "Sounds like fun. I can't wait," smiles Katie.  "I can tell. Listen, if you decided you don't want to go through with this, just tell me now, okay?" says Henry.  "No, no. No, I want to go. But you better put the pedal to the metal, if we want to make our flight on time," suggests Katie.  "Your wish is my command," says Henry, speeding up.

"I know you're worried that Mike and Jen will hold it against you for not showing up, but they're -- Katie, they'd be too happy to even think about that. They're on the right track. They've found the same magic that you and I have. They'll be fine," Henry assures her.  "I just hope Jennifer isn't keeping the guests waiting, trying to give her matron of honor one last chance to show up," says Katie.  "The two most important people are there, the bride and the groom. The show will go on without you, okay? Trust me," says Henry.  "I just don't want to ruin her day," says Katie.  "Just stop worrying, okay. Everything's gonna work out all right," insists Henry.  They hear sirens, and Henry observes, "We've got Oakdale's finest coming up behind us."  "I think he's trying to pull you over," says Katie.  "You suppose Mike has any friends at the police department, does he?" wonders Henry.  "I wouldn't be surprised. Everybody loves Mike. Do you think they're trying to stop us to take us back to the wedding?" asks Katie.  "I don't know. We're about to find out," says Henry, pulling the car over.

A cop approaches and shines a flashlight into Henry's face.  "Do you know why I pulled you over?" he asks.  "I would say something clever or witty, but I'll refrain, since the little wife and I are in a bit of a hurry," says Henry.  "I could tell. Now, you were doing 60 in a 45," says the cop.  "Oh, really? Something must be wrong with the speedometer," says Henry.  The cop asks for his license and registration.  Henry hands him his license and says, "Yeah, okay. It's not the best picture of me -- it looks like something by Diane Arbus."  He asks Katie to get the registration out of the glove compartment.  But she's far away, imagining Mike at his wedding.  "Katie? Do you hear me?" asks Henry.  "I do," whispers Katie, to Mike not Henry.  She opens the door and runs.  "What are you doing? Sweetheart? Katie? Katie! Hey! Katie, where are you going?" calls Henry.  "Is there a problem, sir?" asks the cop.  "Yeah. Yeah, a big one," sighs Henry.

Katie breaks into the wedding just as the minister asks, "If any of you know any reason that these two may not be lawfully joined this day, speak now or forever hold your peace."  The entire crowd turns to look at her, and Katie stammers, "Oh, I'm sorry, I -- there was traffic, and I know I'm not dressed, but I -- you know, wild horses and everything. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry."  She sits down in the back and the wedding continues.

After the wedding, Henry sneaks in the door just in time to see Mike corner Katie.  "What's going on?" Mike asks Katie.  "Something, someone kept me from coming here," says Katie as Henry watches.

Today’s episode was directed by Michael Eilbaum and written by Lynn Martin.
